Now at Carlton Family Medical you can have the same quality medical care in your own home. Most of our doctors are now available for Video Consultations via our Telehealth platform.

Telehealth is available for all patients (including new patients) from anywhere in Australia, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any device may be used to make the call, including smart phones, tablets, iPads, laptops and desktop computers. Video is preferred, however text chat is also available if you lack video hardware.

All calls are answered by Australian registered, Family Doctor general practitioners and are available for any patients who are concerned about CoViD-19 Coronavirus, or any other issues. Doctors are also able to respond to prescription and referral requests via this platform.

A prior booking needs to have been made in order to have a Telehealth appointment with a doctor.
