Failure to attend or Cancelling Appointments – If you are unable to attend for a scheduled appointment, please contact us to cancel or change your appointment time.

The fee for failure to attend or cancel with less than 2 hours starts at $95.00 (non-rebatable).

Carlton Family Medical is a private billing service with fees payable at the time of consultation. This includes Work Cover and TAC consultations as we do not invoice third parties or employers directly.

A comprehensive list of fees is available for each doctor at reception.

Medicare Online enables us to submit your Medicare claim at the time of your appointment and your Medicare rebate will be paid into your bank account overnight.

Payment is required at the time of the consultation. For your convenience we accept cash, eftpos or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Up-to-date concession cards and a Medicare card must be presented at every appointment.
